Working with Cedars-Sinai Neurology as primary investigator, we run secure neurological condition registries that follow patients with CTE, TBI, stroke damage, and related disorders over time. We quietly capture what changes-memory, mood, daily function, MRI findings-using our PRC‑Forms electronic data system so nothing important is lost.

Our team manages every aspect: registry setup, data quality checks, outcome reporting for treating physicians, and ethics and privacy oversight. Industry partners gain real‑world evidence to support future therapies; patients and caregivers gain a clear record of progress that can guide day‑to‑day care. For many, enrollment in these observation trials is the first time their suffering translates into data powerful enough to change how the world treats brain injury.
