Matthew Plummer, MBA

Matthew Plummer, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of The Patriot Institute of Neuro-Regeneration. He is a post-doctoral candidate at Liberty University, expected to earn his PhD in Neuroscience with a focus on human psychology by August 2026. Matthew completed his MBA with a finance focus in 2007. He began working closely with neurologist Jeremy Rudnick, MD, in 2018, who diagnosed him with traumatic brain injuries, post-concussive syndrome, and daily migraines. Under Dr. Rudnick's care, Matthew's treatment journey has been closely monitored, combining expert neurological guidance with physical therapy methods designed for chronic TBI pain.

Matthew's professional experience includes roles as Territory Manager at Novocure, Inc., starting in 2008, where he promoted a registry trial that contributed to a phase 3 trial and FDA Fast Track approval in 2015. He also served as Glioblastoma Executive Territory Manager at Merck & Co. from 2008 to 2015, collaborating with leading neuro-oncology experts across top institutions including Northwestern University, Dana-Farber, Sloan-Kettering, UCLA, USC, City of Hope, and UC Irvine.
